Mindful Leadership Development Coaching Program
Create Positive Change is a 6-month, one-on-one coaching program for people who struggle to see themselves as a leader (or to be seen as the leader they are), and want to level up their skills and presence for greater impact in their personal and professional lives.
Drawing on the theories of mindful leadership and emotional intelligence, this program supports you to focus on how you are choosing to show up in each moment and to develop the skills to become more intentional about the impact of your presence – on yourself and those around you.
This program is ideal for you if:
- It seems like you’re doing all of the heavy lifting and you want to learn how to set better boundaries and “be the change you want to see” in others
- You’re overwhelmed by the stress and pressures of a fast-changing world and you want to discover a better way of looking at and dealing with it all
- You know you’ve got good ideas and a passion to create positive change and yet you’re not getting enough traction or respect for the leader you know you can be
- You could use an objective ear, support and encouragement, and some new ways of looking at things

What’s in it for you?
By working with your coach in the context of a mindful leadership framework, you’ll have the opportunity to recognize and build on your natural strengths and capabilities, and increase your confidence in yourself as leader.
You’ll learn, develop and test-drive new leadership qualities and skills in a safe and non-judgmental environment, with support and accountability provided by your coach. You’ll strengthen your leadership presence and become better able to influence how others perceive you for more positive impact.
